ILM Tool maintains a temperature controlled QC lab equipment with a Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CMM. This control allows ILM Tool to guarantee tight tolerances which provides you with precise parts and a shorter lead time.

 

ILM Tool is equipped with Haas and Matsuura 3-, 4- and 5- Axis CNC Milling centers. Our CNC Lathe cell is capable of turning parts up to 15 inches in diameter and 20 inches in length.  We are experts in all metals including Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Titanium.
